With more than 3,900 trade fairs and exhibitions organized on its territory, France is one of the leading destinations for professional events.
To allow trade show organizers to spread their events without geographical limits and with greater respect for the planet, the Nantes-based startup REALITIM announces the launch of its Ultiplace software.
The content of the press release
The presentation of our Ultiplace metaverse;
Your invitation to exhibit at the virtual exhibition Métavenir, scheduled from October 17 to 21, 2022;
Your invitation to our press conference on Thursday, October 27th at 4pm, live or in person;
Your invitation to the inauguration of the startup's new headquarters after our press conference.
Operation and pricing system
A Free formula, where you have access to all the features of booth and avatar, the documents deposit for the attendees, the appointment booking via Calendly, and the conferences... for one month maximum and this up to 10 exhibitors;
A Business formula, where you have access to all Ultiplace features, for a maximum of one month, with the possibility to host an unlimited number of exhibitors. As soon as you have at least 11 exhibitors, each booth will be charged €300 excluding VAT;
An Exclusive formula allowing you to take benefit of a metavers open throughout the year, as well as custom-made functionalities and graphics, from 5000€ HT;
Of course, the visitor access to your trade show is totally free.
A software accessible in every way
Ultiplace allows you to create a virtual trade show in less than three minutes, using a simple form. No special technical skills are required;
Ultiplace is accessible through a simple browser, just like a regular website. No installation is required. All you need is an internet connection;
The navigation of the virtual trade fair has been designed to be as accessible as possible. The visitor can move around and interact with the exhibitors using only his mouse;
Ultiplace is also financially accessible, as it is the only one in its category to offer a free trial of all its features.

An innovative feature: By making the creation of virtual trade shows free and instantaneous for organizers, Ultiplace positions itself as a highly differentiating tool, attractive and complementary to physical trade shows;
Technical innovation: Ultiplace is the result of over two years of research and development. The software offers a unique experience combining the latest Javascript web technologies with a state-of-the-art real-time 3D engine on the browser (without downloading).

Beyond the innovation offered by Ultiplace, our project is part of a commitment to build a more eco-friendly world :
Ultiplace aims to reduce the carbon footprint of events using its services by 10-90%, by reducing the amount of visitor travel and the use of physical stands;
The startup sets an example with many concrete actions such as its 100% paperless operation (yes, you won't find a single printer in our offices) or its commitment to the circular economy with, for example, 65% reconditioned furniture in its new headquarters in the heart of Nantes.
Metavenir virtual trade show, to be discovered from October 17 to 21
For the launch of the Ultiplace software, our team set itself a challenge: prove to our customers that it is possible to organize a virtual trade show in less than a month.
The Metavenir virtual trade show was born and became the first virtual trade show dedicated to the metaverse, organized on our own metaverse. The challenge was met with nearly twenty exhibitors attending this first edition. Startups but also major groups such as Danone, responded to our invitation and offer you to discover their innovations in the fields of web3, 3D, blockchain but also in virtual and augmented reality technologies.

A press conference, broadcast live in the conference center of the virtual Metavenir exhibition, will be held in our offices at 4:00 pm.
